1. Overview
At Quivranxphun, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges of Wellvion products.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. As a consumer within the European Union, you have statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by this policy.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, except in cases of defective products.
This hygiene-related limitation applies only where the product was supplied sealed and the seal was broken after delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken
- Products that have been partially or fully consumed
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Investigate the issue promptly
- Offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- Cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items
Please report any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact us at ask@quivranxphun.world with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions
- Step 5: Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
Please do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
7. Return Shipping Costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit without tracking
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Additional shipping charges beyond standard delivery are non-refundable, unless required by law
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary

10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
11. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel:
- Contact us immediately at ask@quivranxphun.world with your order number
- If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process

13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by any changes to this policy.
